outstanding debts?</p>\n\n\n\n<p>RUNWAY: Will the funding be sufficient but not too high for the scope of the project?</p>\n\n\n\n<p>SUPPLY SOLD: Does the team distribute a reasonable amount of tokens (i.e. no central banking)?</p>\n\n\n\n<p>DISCOUNTS: Are discounts reasonable in relation to risk profile of this and previous funding rounds?</p>\n\n\n\n<p>EXCHANGES: Are there already exchange listings in preparation?</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"notice\"><strong>NOTE:</strong> The listing rules are non-exhaustive and will constantly be updated to reflect the technology and the industry, after style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Delisting Rules</h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"></div>\n\n\n\n<p>Delisting shall be decided by the Executive Committee.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delisting will occur with the following general criteria.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the following circumstances are triggered, automatic delisting occurs:</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Any wrongdoings by the company?
