  1. This reward scheme can’t be enjoyed together with October Referral Program or Campaign for player in Thailand. There will be 2 gaming seasons of the game.All  existing and new users of Zipmex are eligible to participate as long as they fulfill the eligibility criteria. 
  2. The reward for each player will be the sum of Reward For Playing and Reward For Referrals.
  3. The Reward For Playing will be based on the highest score obtained by the player.
  4. Referrers can only earn the Reward For Referrals by referring a new customer of Zipmex who has never had an account on Zipmex before in that season.
  5. The referrer can only earn the Reward For Referrals by referring a new customer of Zipmex who has never had an account on Zipmex before in that season.
  6. Eligibility criteria for each season:

6.1 For each season, existing customers of Zipmex have to have at least one successful referral of a new customer of Zipmex who has never had an account on Zipmex before in that season. Both the referrer and the referred new customer needs to create an account on Zipmex and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement of Zipmex, as well as have a minimum trading amount of US$ 20 of cryptocurrency on Zipmex before the cut-off date for the season.

6.2 For each season, new users who have never had an account on Zipmex before needs to obtain a unique referral link from existing customer of Zipmex to join, and needs to create an account on Zipmex and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement of Zipmex, as well as have a minimum trading amount of US$ 20 of cryptocurrency on Zipmex before the cut-off date for the season, in order to be eligible for the reward scheme of that season.

  1. For Reward For Referrals, Cut-off date for each season: The player, the referrer and also the referred player have to ensure they fulfill the requirements above within 31 days after the game season ends, i.e. for season 1, all the eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by November 15, 23:59pm, 2021 (Bangkok Time) while for season 2, all the eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by November 30, 23:59pm, 2021 (Bangkok Time).
  2. For Reward For Playing, The final ranking of referrals will be based on whether all the referrals have fulfilled the eligibility criteria by the cut-off date.
  3. The final ranking of the playing will be based on whether the player has fulfilled the eligibility criteria by cut-off date. If the top player hasn’t met the criteria by cut-off date, the reward will be passed to the next one in ranking.
  4. The results will be determined and announced by Dec 1, 2021
  5. The exact amount of the prize for ZMT will be based on the exchange rate on the date of airdrop and the reward will be given in ZMT, and the airdrop will be processed within 30 business days after the result has been announced.
  6. If abuse of the reward scheme is identified by Zipmex, the player will be disqualified from the reward scheme.
  7. Zipmex employees are not eligible.
  8. Customers are subject to pay 5% withholding tax for residents of Thailand.
  9. Zipmex reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the promotion.
  10. Zipmex reserves the right to update the terms & conditions without giving prior notice. If there are any issues, Zipmex reserves the right for the final decision.
  11. Definition of trading amount for the $US 20 minimum trading amount criteria: accumulative trading amount of all the trades performed from the beginning of each game season to the cut-off date of that season and the amount will be based on the FIAT used/obtained from each trades during the period, excluding all the P2P trades. In case the FIAT is not in USD, it will use the average exchange rate of the trading date.
