The General Terms of the Zipmex Pte Ltd (“Zipmex”) also form part of these Terms.</li><li>This Promotion of Zipmex 12 days of Christmas commences from December 3, 2021 at 00:00 GMT+8 to December 14, 2021 at 23:59 GMT+8 (“Promotion Period”).</li><li>To enter this Promotion, users need to create an account, successfully complete the KYC&nbsp;</li><li>To be qualified to receive a 100 SGD “Major Promotion Reward” Participants must successfully complete at least 10 daily competitions during this Promotion Period. Daily competition set out in sections 6, &#8211; 17 ,of this Terms and Conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants can enter each day and will be qualified for a daily reward.</li><li>“Day One Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should successfully complete KYC. If the Participants have already successfully completed KYC they need to Trade $50 ZMT in order to claim Day One Reward.</li><li>“Day Two Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should deposit an accumulative 100 SGD (includes deposit fee).</li><li>“Day Three Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade $50 ZMT on the Zipmex trading platform.</li><li>“Day Four Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should lock 100 SGD in the Zip-Up reward program.</li><li>“Day Five reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade an amount not less than 100.</li><li>“Day Six Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should refer two friends using a personal referral code. Upon the successful KYC of the referred Participant and referees will be able to claim Day Six Reward.&nbsp;</li><li>“Day Seven Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should ZipLock 50 SGD worth of BTC, ETH or ZMT.</li><li>“Day Eight Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade accumulative 100 SGD.</li><li>“Day&nbsp; Nine Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should lock not less than 100 SGD in the ZipUp reward program.</li><li>“Day Ten Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade not less than 100 SGD on the Zipmex trading platform.</li><li>“Day Eleven Reward” is 2 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should deposit accumulative not less than $200 SGD worth of available coins from the Trading wallet into Z Wallet.</li><li>“Day Twelve Reward” is 5 SGD. To qualify for this reward Participants should use the ZipLock reward program and lock not less than 100 SGD worth of ZMT.</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Promotions will be airdropped within three business days after the end of Promotion Period. The equivalent will be paid in ZMT.</strong></li><li>&nbsp;Only one entry per person is allowed for each day during the Promotion Period.</li><li>&nbsp;Any entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and Zipmex does not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.</li><li>By claiming Promotion, each participant grants Zipmex the right to use their personal information for marketing and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion.</li><li>The Promotion’s payment is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.</li><li>If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Zipmex may suspend, cancel or modify this Promotion.
