The General Terms of the Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd (“Zipmex”) also form part of these Terms.</li><li>This Promotion commences on January 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM AEDT to March 24, 2022 at 23:59 PM AEDT (“Promotion Period”).</li><li>To enter this Promotion, participants need to create an account, successfully complete the KYC on the Zipmex Australian website or app within the Promotional Period.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants then must enter the game and complete at least one game of “Flappy Adam” in order to claim the promotion rewards.&nbsp;</li><li>The Promotion reward is calculated based on the high score obtained by each player who participated in the “Flappy Adam” game.&nbsp;</li><li>High scores obtained by each participant will be reflected in the “ZipPlay Season 3” Leaderboard.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants will receive a number of tickets based on the score obtained by each player who participated in the “Flappy Adam” game.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants who secure the highest score on the “ZipPlay Season 3” leaderboard during the Promotion Period will be qualified to receive 5 tickets.</li><li>Participants who secure a score on the “ZipPlay Season 3” leaderboard during the Promotion Period between rank 2 and 100 will be qualified to receive 3 tickets.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants who secure a score on the “ZipPlay Season 3”&nbsp; leaderboard during the Promotion Period, between rank 101 and 500 will be qualified to receive 2 tickets.</li><li>Participants who secure a score on the “ZipPlay Season 3” leaderboard during the Promotion Period between rank 501 and above will be qualified to receive 1 ticket.</li><li>Ticket distribution will commence on the 25th of March 2022 11:00 AM AEDT (“Tickets Distribution”).&nbsp;</li><li>Participants tickets during the Promotion Period will obtain the unique link(s) the same as the number of tickets as prescribed in section 8,9,10,11,22,23,24,25 of these Terms and Conditions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reward distribution will commence on the 30th of March 11:00 AM AEDT (“Reward Distribution”).</li><li>In order to participate in the Reward Distribution players need to access the unique link(s) they received. The number starts from 1 in numerical order, and the assignment of number will be based on the chronological order of visiting time for the participants, e.g. the first person to visit the website will be assigned with number 1 and the next will be assigned with number 2.&nbsp;</li><li>Participant who receive the number “77” will be eligible to win “iPad Wi-Fi 256GB &#8211; Space Grey” (“Major Reward”).&nbsp;</li><li>Participant who receive the number “107” will be eligible to win 500 (collective) AUD of gaming portfolio GODS/SAND/MANA/GALA/SLP/AXIE (“Second Reward”).&nbsp;</li><li>Participants who receive numbers outside of Major and Second Reward will be eligible to win 5 AUD worth in ZMT(“Minor Rewards”).&nbsp;</li><li>The “Major Reward” will be dispatched within 30 days after the Reward Distribution.</li><li>The Second Reward and Minor Rewards will be paid within 30 days after the Reward Distribution.&nbsp;</li><li>Existing Zipmex users will be eligible to participate in the Promotion by referring new Zipmex platform users.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Existing Zipmex users as (“Referrer”) and new Zipmex users as (“Referee”).</li><li>For every new Referee successfully referred, the Referrer will receive one (1) additional ticket during the Promotion Period.&nbsp;</li><li>Referrer can share the unique code identified with potential referees.
