The General Terms of the Zipmex Australia Pty Ltd (“Zipmex”) also form part of these Terms.</li><li>The Promotion commences from December 3, 2021 at 00:01 AEDT to December 14, 2021 at 11:59pm AEDT (“Promotion Period”).</li><li>To enter this Promotion, users need to create an account, successfully complete the KYC.&nbsp;</li><li>To be qualified to receive a $100 AUD &#8220;Major Promotion Reward&#8221; Participants must successfully complete at least 10 daily competitions during this Promotion Period. Daily competition set out in sections 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15, 16 and 17 of this Terms and Conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Participants can enter each day and will be qualified for a daily reward.&nbsp;</li><li>“<strong>Day One Reward”</strong> is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should successfully complete KYC. If the Participants have already successfully completed KYC they need to Trade $50 ZMT in order to claim Day One Reward.</li><li>“<strong>Day Two Reward</strong>” is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should deposit an accumulative 100 AUD (includes deposit fee).</li><li>“<strong>Day Three Reward</strong>” is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade $50 ZMT on the Zipmex trading platform.</li><li>“<strong>Day Four Reward</strong>” is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should lock 100 AUD in the Zip-Up reward program.</li><li>“<strong>Day Five reward</strong>” is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade an amount not less than $100.</li><li>“<strong>Day Six Reward</strong>” is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should refer two friends using a personal referral code. Upon the successful KYC of the referred Participant and referees will be able to claim Day Six Reward.&nbsp;</li><li>“<strong>Day Seven Reward</strong>” is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should ZipLock AUD $50 worth of BTC, ETH or ZMT.</li><li>“<strong>Day Eight Reward</strong>” is $2 AUD. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade accumulative $100 AUD.</li><li>“<strong>Day&nbsp; Nine Reward</strong>” is $2 ZMT To qualify for this reward Participants should lock not less than $100 AUD in the ZipUp reward program.</li><li>“<strong>Day Ten Reward</strong>” is $2 ZMT. To qualify for this reward Participants should trade not less than 100 AUD on the Zipmex trading platform.</li><li>“<strong>Day Eleven Reward</strong>” is $2 ZMT. To qualify for this reward Participants should deposit accumulative not less than $200 AUD worth of available coins from the Trading wallet into Z Wallet.</li><li><strong>“Day Twelve Reward</strong>” is $5 ZMT. To qualify for this reward Participants should use the ZipLock reward program and lock not less than $100 AUD worth of ZMT.</li><li>&nbsp;Promotions will be airdropped within three business days after the end of Promotion Period. The equivalent will be paid in ZMT. </li><li>&nbsp;Only one entry per person is allowed for each day during the Christmas Promotion.</li><li>&nbsp;Any entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and Zipmex does not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.</li><li>By claiming Promotion, each participant grants Zipmex the right to use their personal information for marketing and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion.</li><li>The Promotion’s payment is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.</li><li>If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Zipmex may suspend, cancel or modify this Promotion.
